Window and Door Fabrication
Casement, sliding, tilt and turn, slide and fold and vertical sliding units cut, assembled, gasketed and glazed to the measured opening rather than to a stock size.
Cutting, machining, assembly, gasketing and glazing carried out in our own workshop, then installed by our own team. Windows, doors, facades, railings, partitions, gates, cladding and shower enclosures fabricated to the measured opening across Delhi NCR.
Aluminium fabrication is the work that turns extruded sections into a finished assembly. It covers reading a drawing into a cutting list, cutting and machining the sections, squaring and joining the frame, seating the gaskets, fitting hardware, glazing, then checking and packing the unit before it leaves the workshop.
Alurac carries out that work in house at Ghaziabad for windows and doors, facades and curtain walls, railings, partitions, gates and cladding, shower enclosures, ACP and HPL elevations, automatic doors and custom details fabricated to a customer drawing. Supply and installation reach Ghaziabad, Noida, Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad, Meerut and the districts around them. To discuss a job, call +91-9312500138 or email info@alurac.in.
Buyers spend a long time comparing systems and glass, and almost no time on who is going to cut and assemble them. That is the wrong emphasis. A premium section assembled badly performs worse than a modest section assembled properly, because every claim a system makes depends on the frame being square and the gaskets being continuous.
Nothing about that is visible once a unit is glazed and installed. An out of square frame, a gasket stopped short at a corner, a drainage slot blocked with swarf: each of them looks identical to good work on delivery day and shows up a season or two later as a draught, a leak or a shutter that will not close.
Nine fabrication streams covering fenestration, facade, interiors and entrances, all run through the same workshop and the same checks.
Casement, sliding, tilt and turn, slide and fold and vertical sliding units cut, assembled, gasketed and glazed to the measured opening rather than to a stock size.
Mullion and transom assemblies for unitized, semi-unitized, curtain wall and spider glazing, fabricated against the facade drawing and the span it has to carry.
Balcony, staircase and terrace railings cut and assembled around the glass thickness and handrail load, with clamps and base channels aligned before dispatch.
Slim and glass partition assemblies for cabins, meeting rooms and studies, where sightlines have to stay consistent across a whole floor plate.
Main gates, front elevations and feature walls built from louvre, batten and box sections, with the repeat rhythm set out before cutting begins.
Framed, semi-frameless and sliding enclosures fabricated to the tiled opening, with wall channels and headers set true against an uneven wet-area wall.
Panel cutting, grooving, folding and cassette forming with the sub-frame fabricated alongside, so panel lines stay true across a long elevation.
Track beams, carrier rails and glazed leaves assembled and aligned so the drive unit and sensors work against a frame that is genuinely square.
Your own detail, reviewed for buildability and then fabricated against the approved drawing, with the cutting list confirmed before anything is cut.
Four stages, each of which decides something that cannot be corrected later.
Every job starts as a cutting list worked back from the measured opening. Errors caught here cost nothing, while the same error caught at assembly wastes material.
Sections are cut to length and angle, then machined for drainage, screw ports and hardware. Square, clean cuts are what let a frame close up tight at assembly.
Frames are squared and joined, gaskets seated along their full run, beads fitted and glass installed with the correct packing so the weight sits where it should.
Diagonals, operation, sealing and finish are checked before anything leaves. Units are then interleaved and wrapped so coated surfaces arrive unmarked.
Six checks that are invisible on delivery day and decisive two seasons later.
A frame assembled out of square will never close evenly, and no amount of adjustment on site corrects it. Diagonals are checked before the unit is glazed.
A rough or out of angle cut leaves a gap at the joint. That gap is where water, dust and air get in long after the sealant around it has aged.
Gasket that is stretched, pinched or stopped short at a corner leaves a path straight through the frame, and it is invisible once the bead is on.
Drainage slots blocked by swarf, sealant or packing turn a working frame into one that holds water. This is among the commonest fabrication faults in the field.
Locks, stays and rollers should meet their keeps without being bent into place. Hardware forced at assembly is hardware that fails within a few seasons.
Coated and anodised surfaces mark easily during handling. Protective film, clean benches and correct packing matter as much as the coating itself.
From a single replacement opening to a phased project supply.
Project quantities fabricated and dispatched in phases against the construction programme rather than arriving all at once.
Buildability review at detail stage, so a drawn junction is one that can actually be cut, assembled and sealed.
Fabricated units supplied ready to install, for dealers who sell and fit but do not run a workshop of their own.
Partition, cabin and enclosure assemblies fabricated to a floor plate drawing and delivered to suit a fit-out sequence.
Mullion, transom and sub-frame assemblies fabricated against the facade package and the loads it has to carry.
Single openings and whole-house replacements handled with the same measurement and assembly process as a project order.
Our workshop serves these areas and the districts around them.
Outside this area? Project quantities are supplied more widely. Just tell us your location and we will confirm what is workable.
The same process whether it is one opening or a phased project supply.

Yes. Share the detail or section drawing and it is reviewed for buildability first, so any junction that cannot be cut, assembled or sealed properly is identified before fabrication rather than during it. The cutting list is then confirmed against the approved drawing.
In aluminium fabrication it is mostly the things you cannot see once the unit is assembled: whether the frame is genuinely square, whether cuts are clean and on angle, whether gaskets run unbroken into the corners, whether drainage is left clear and whether hardware meets its keeps without being forced.
Both. Profiles can be supplied as sections for a fabricator to work with, or we fabricate complete units ready to install. Dealers who sell and fit but do not run a workshop usually take the fabricated option.
Yes. Site survey, measurement, fabrication, installation, sealing and finishing are handled by our own team, which means one point of accountability instead of a fabricator, a glazier and a labour contractor pointing at each other.
It depends on the quantity, the system and the glass specification. Fabrication and dispatch dates are confirmed in writing when the order is booked so site work can be scheduled around them rather than waiting on them.
Yes. Project quantities are commonly fabricated and dispatched in phases to match the construction sequence, which avoids finished units sitting on a live site collecting damage before they can be installed.
Yes. A single opening is measured, fabricated and fitted through the same process as a project order. The scale changes, the measurement and assembly standard does not.
Share your drawings, opening sizes or a few site photos. We will review buildability, confirm the cutting list and share an itemised quotation with fabrication and installation listed separately.
